CANCELLATION POLICY: 
We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48-hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. If we are unable to fill the timeslot, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (deposit) totalling 50% of the session.

NO-SHOW POLICY: 
We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

LATE POLICY: 
If you are running late to an appointment, we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15-minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15-minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no-show policy. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.


REFUND POLICY:
We’re committed to providing lash and brow treatments that are safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.

Refunds and services may be provided within a reasonable timeframe when required under:
• Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: ensures services are delivered with reasonable care and skill, are fit for purpose, and completed within a reasonable time
• Fair Trading Act 1986: protects against misleading or deceptive conduct
• Any other applicable New Zealand laws

✔ Discretionary Refunds
At our discretion, we may also offer a refund if we determine that the treatment cannot be safely or effectively provided. For example, during shedding season or when other relevant factors may affect the outcome of the treatment. We will always endeavour to resolve any concerns and make things right before issuing a refund.
